Do I need a prescription to order on AllPetsMed.com?
No, a vet's prescription is not required. You can order on AllPetsMed.com without a prescription.
Payments
Is any consultation fees charged when I order on AllPetsMed.com?
No, AllPetsMed.com does not charge any consultation fees. No hidden charges. You'll only pay for exactly what you order, plus shipping.
How much is it for shipping?
It is only US$15.00, a flat shipping rate, per order. If you are interested in Express Mail Services, please contact us info@AllPetsMed.com for details.
Why do I not recognize the payment transaction that is charged by AllPetsMed.com on my credit card statement?
Credit card transaction may appear under another company name on the credit card statement. You will be informed by email for the merchant name associated with the transaction.
How long does it take for refunding my money?
It usually takes up to 4-6 weeks for processing credit card refund. If you do not receive the refund after four weeks, please contact us and we will always be happy to help and check the status of the refund processing.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The shipment will be dispatched once the payment is confirmed and it will take 14-21 business days for delivery depending on the destination.
It's been more than 21 days. Why haven't I recevied the package yet?
There are many reasons for the delayed/ missing shipment, such as being lost in transit or being held/ rejected by the customs. AllPetsMed.com always offers a full refund or a replacement if you do not receive the package. Just simply let us know what happened along with your order number and we will take action accordingly.
The package arrived but it's been squashed or damaged.
Please send us an email in details and we can arrange the replacement to you.
